Mitigation investigation is a powerful tool for those seeking to disrupt the dehumanizing narratives often seen in the criminal justice system. This multi-day training will be provided free of charge to ensure that participants--regardless of financial restrictions--have access to the key skills and techniques needed to conduct a mitigation investigation effectively. Each workshop and panel will be led by nationally recognized faculty.
ARC, Inc. provides this training at no cost to attendees in order to remove as many barriers to high-quality mitigation training as possible. Other training-related costs must be covered by attendees or their agencies.
