​2020 Florida Mitigation Training

As part of the launch of our Jacksonville office, ARC, Inc. is excited to be hosting our first Florida-focused training,  which will be held virtually from November 18 - 23. Whether you are a mitigation specialist, attorney, or other defense team member trying to better understand the role of mitigation in ensuring your client receives an adequate defense, this multi-day training session will cover relevant practices and techniques.

All defenders practicing in Florida are welcome to attend, and we expect sessions to be particularly relevant for those working on capital and JLWOP cases. We are seeking CLE credit for Florida attorneys. Sessions will be led by nationally recognized faculty and will focus on topics in mitigation that have been raised by Florida practitioners as particularly relevant to today's landscape.
