On April 30, 2018, the Baltimore City Council unanimously adopted Council Resolution 18-0081R, "Honoring Dr. Elizabeth Vartkessian" in recognition of the importance of ARC, Inc.'s work and its role in advancing justice in Baltimore City and beyond.
